Negative Experience

I ordered a lipstick in giggle. The ebay seller sent the wrong color . They sent love triangle. I tried to contact them with no response. Very disappointed.. bad business. I will not pay to ship it back because it is their mistake. It was suppose to be a valentine's gift.
